HART Celebrates Coach Mary’s 20th Season!
SEPTEMBER 4, 2025 — NEWHALL, CA
The start of this year’s HART High School girls volleyball season marks the 20th year that “Coach Mary” has led the program as head coach! Before the varsity teams kicked off their match, Mary said a few words about what coaching at Hart has meant to her. She was speaking to a crowd of current players and parents, but also in attendance were players from years past, including one from her first season at Hart!
HART and Castaic then faced off in conference play. The JV squad pulled out the victory, and Varsity dropped the match in 4 sets.
Other than the loss, it was a fun night at Hart, celebrating the history of the volleyball program, as well as the coach that has been so instrumental in it this century!
