VHS Volleyball Kicks Off Cancer Awareness Month

OCTOBER 3, 2025 — Valencia, CA

Friday night the Valencia High School Girls Volleyball team hosted Saugus, and kicked off Cancer Awareness Month with the unveiling of their pink jerseys! All three squads represented with the custom jerseys and had an information booth set up at the game! Coaches, Players, Staff and the crowd all showed up in their pink to help remind us all to be supporting efforts against a disease that affects all of us at one point or another in our life.

It was a tough night for the Vikings, as the JV squad was the only team to beat Saugus that night, but all three laid it all out on the court with tough challenges all night. There was some great play on both sides of the net, but ultimately Saugus got the best of both Frosh and Varsity.
